Wednesday's Eats

Wednesday was crazy so my meals had to be fast and basic. Breakfast was peanut butter granola and puffins with vanilla hempmilk and sliced bananas.


For dinner I cooked up a ton of vegetables with a little olive oil and garlic. The artichoke hearts were the real standout of the meal. I roasted them in the oven first before adding them to the other vegetables. Sometimes something so simple really hits the spot.
